Dr. Mandelbaum served as the 4th Governor of the Bank of Israel, having served as Deputy Governor since September 1981. Before that, he held senior posts in the Ministry of Industry and Trade, including that of Director- General, as well as Deputy Chairman of the Industrial Development Bank Ltd., and Chairman of the Company for Foreign Trade-Risks Insurance. |
